Description:

The Williams Scholarship (TWS) is a grant offered to provide financial aid to outstanding, low-incomed individuals. In hopes to help offset tuition costs, housing, food, and books expense. Each year, the scholarship is awarded to Birmingham Metropolitan leaders, with anticipation of helping students maximize their full potential.

Elgibility:

(1) Graduated from at least one of the listed of high school on application

(2) Obtained a 2022, 2023, or 2024 high school diploma

(3) Official proof of college acception and registration

Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated leadership ability (shown through community service, extracurricular, community service and other activities)

• An outstanding academic record in high school or college

​

Award:

Selected Scholars will receive the amount of $3,000 of funds.​
